The tour has as starting point your hotel or the select by you location. At about one hour distance from the city of Athens. We have the opportunity to visit the famous Corinth Canal that connects the Corinthian Gulf and the Saronic Gulf.
Then we visit the ancient city of Corinth, which has been described as the richest city of the ancient world, since it held the sights of the most important commercial center in ancient Greece. There we will enjoy viciting the Temple of Apollo, the Pirinia Fountain and many other ancient findings of the wider region kept in the Archaeological Museum.
Our next stop, the ancient city of Mycenae in the area of Argolida, where we will see the tomb of Agamemnon, the Cyclopean Walls, the Lions Gate and the Archaeological Museum of the area.
Epidavrus Theater – Lions Gate of Mycenae – Nafplion Bourtzi
Next and favorite station is the enchanting Nafplio with the impressive Palamidi, the Venetian fortress that dominates the city. You will even see the Bourtzi Castle, located in the middle of the harbor, built on an island. Here, we deserve a break to enjoy our lunch and have fun at a traditional Greek restaurant.
Then we will visit the ancient city of Epidaurus where we will have the unique opportunity to see its ancient theater closely and to discover its excellent acoustics by ourselves.
At the end of the tour the driver will return you to the pickup point or any other location you wish during the return journey.
